Procare medical associates was
founded in 2004 with the intention of providing compassionate
individualized care for active patients and athletes of all ages and
levels of skill.
Musculoskeletal injuries are common and not limited to
athletes. Many people have had aching muscle, ligament or joint pain.
Some have injured themselves during competitive sports but most sports
injuries occur during recreational and daily activities. The goal of
sports medicine is to control pain and rehabilitate the injured area to
prevent a reoccurrence. You do not have to be an athlete to suffer from
musculoskeletal pain or to benefit from sports medicine.
We provide compassionate individualized medical and non-operative
orthopedic care to people with musculoskeletal injuries and illness
Dr. Michael Kelly is board certified in both Internal Medicine and
Sports Medicine with a concentration on non-operative orthopedics and is
involved with the care of many professional, collegiate and high school
athletes. He is a school/team doctor for many universities, high
schools, and school districts.Dr. Kelly is also a physician with the NJ state athletic control
board and a member of the NJ medical reserve corp. He
has authored 3 medical books, numerous journals and has been featured on
Spike TV and the History channel.
