Insurance Plans Accepted

ProCare Medical Associates LLC accepts most major medical insurance plans including Medicare but not Medicaid. If your insurance plan is not yet on the list, you can still make an appointment and be seen as an out of network provider. Most major insurance plans now allow out of network benefits. Instead of a copay, the patient is responsible for a percentage of the total bill. (which often works out to be similar to a copay) All patients are given an itemized bill with medical codes that can be submitted for reimbursement. New insurance plans are frequently added.
